We collect personal data when you voluntarily sign up to our email list through our ‘Receive updates about #TacticalVote’ form on this website. This personal data consists of: email address, constituency.
The data collected is used for the purpose of informing you by email about our campaign.
The lawful basis on which we collect email data under GDPR is for the legitimate interest of direct marketing. The term ‘direct marketing’ is a term that includes politically related email campaigns. You can opt out and unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of the email.

Crowdfunder allows us to view some of the data you provide to them when donating to our cause. We do not share it with anyone else. If you wish to be contacted by us, please sign up to our separate email list on our site.
Who we share your data with
Our email list is stored in email service provider Mailchimp, and we use their software to send emails to our mailing list. Their data centres are certified with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.

When you provide your device’s location to determine your constituency we do not log or store your location data.

We use Google Analytics cookies which, in conjunction with our web server’s log files, allow us to calculate the aggregate number of people visiting our Website and which parts of our Website are most popular.
